Get Help

The Helen Ross McNabb Center is a place where hope and healing begin. Acting as a safety net for our community, we work to ensure that all East Tennesseans have access to affordable, quality care. Our services help children who’ve been abused or traumatized, families in crisis, and individuals battling mental illness and addiction.

Due to confidentiality issues, the Helen Ross McNabb Center does not answer specific medical questions on this site or accept client information via e-mail. Quality care is our primary goal and to meet that goal we must address all medical issues and schedule all appointments by phone.  For non-emergency medical issues, please call the Helen Ross McNabb Center at (865) 637-9711 or toll-free at 1-800-255-9711.
