The Helen Ross McNabb Foundation sponsors numerous special events throughout the year. Proceeds from these events help the Foundation support the needs of the Helen Ross McNabb Center.

The 2010 annual Spirit Award Dinner honoring the Reverend George and Nancy Doebler, was held Thursday, February 4th at the Knoxville Convention and Exhibition Center. The 17th Annual Herman Gettelfinger Bass Tournament in Memory of Gary Lindsey was held Saturday, April 3rd at Fort Loudon-Lake Tellico Ramp.
