The OnTrack TN program treats adolescents and young adults ages 15-30 with a mental health diagnosis that have symptoms evident of psychosis. The model uses evidence-based practices for treatment.
The first-episode psychosis programming provides individual, group and family counseling, and it also provides medication services, case management and employment/education assistance. OnTrack TN also provides crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
An intensive team meets the individual needs of clients experiencing initial psychotic symptoms while providing clinical recommendations for treatment with the goal of preventing future episodes.
